Return & Exchange Policy

To ensure our customers receive the highest quality only, a quality check is being completed before item being dispatched.

Please note that all fur garments are custom made after your order has been placed. Therefore please allow between 7- 10 working days for manufacture and delivery. In some cases it can take as little as 3-5 working days and in busy times e.g. Christmas/ Boxing day sale it can take up to 14 working days. 

We understand that you may be purchasing for a last minute occasion, therefore, please email us or Instagram direct message to let us know and we will be more than happy to confirm an exact delivery date and ensure you have received your order on time. 

Refund & Exchange Policy- Outwear & Footwear 
Our fur garments are custom made based on your individual measurements, therefore unfortunately it's non- refundable. However, we do offer exchange for sizing, colour & style.
If you would like to exchange please email us or Direct Message us on our Instagram page providing us the following information before you return the item back to us: full name, order number and which size/colour/style you would like to exchange for. If unsure about sizing please do get in touch with us, we are more than happy to assist. 
The return address can be found on the invoice sent to you. You can also email us and we will provide you with the return address.

IMPORTANT INFO- policy extended due to Christmas holidays

As some of you may be purchasing for someone else as a Christmas present, we would like to confirm that our policy has been extended throughout November & December due to the upcoming Christmas holidays. All orders purchased during this period are eligible for an exchange if returned to us by Friday 17 January 2020. Please note the item must be returned in a saleable condition. If the item is returned in a non- saleable condition, we have the right to return the item back to you. 

Standard policy:
Please note that any item must be returned to us within 5 working days in a saleable condition. If the item is returned in a non-saleable condition or after the given 5 working days time frame, we have the right to return the item back to you. 
 

Please note:

The item is your responsibility until it reaches us.

Unfortunately, we do not offer free return.

We do recommend that you should send the parcel using a recorded delivery. 

 

Delivery:

Orders within the UK are posted via Royal Mail 1pm Guaranteed service (1 working day including Saturday). 

Worldwide shipping within Europe (2- 5 working days).

Worldwide shipping outside of EU (3- 10 working days).
